May/June Registrations
Registrations for the May/June External Exams closed on Friday, 30 January 2026.
Those who have registered will receive a provisional timetable that will need to be double checked by the learner for potential mistakes: full name, date of birth, subjects and level.
Registration Information
In order to register a student for External Exams we need:
- A copy of the learner’s I.D./ birth certificate with a photo/ passport
- The learner’s phone number and email address
- A parent/guardian’s phone number and email address
- The learner’s Candidate Number – if the learner has not written an external exam before then they will not have a Candidate Number yet
If your child is going to be late to their exam, please inform Sue Parry, the office, or Andrew’s Academy directly.

Textbooks and Uniforms
A reminder that every student needs textbooks. Second-hand textbooks may be available, please check with the office before placing orders.
Uniform orders will now be placed at the end of every month. Textbook orders will be placed once a week.
The office will send an invoice which needs to be paid before an order is placed. Please make sure to send a proof of payment as soon as the payment has been made, either via email or WhatsApp, to ensure your order is not delayed.

Uniform
Uniforms should be delivered within a week of the order being placed.
Uniforms are compulsory. New students need to have ordered uniform items by Friday, 27 February 2026.
While waiting for uniform items, your child can wear some of the following to school:
- Plain denim jeans
- Plain black or white shirts, no graphic t-shirts
- Navy, black, white, or grey pants.
No beanies or hats are allowed inside of school. Hijabs and durags are allowed.

- Golf Shirt, Royal Blue/White – R 350
- Long Sleeve Golf Shirt, Royal Blue/White – R 400
- Cotton T-Shirt, Royal Blue/White – R 250
- Black Hoodie – R 480
- Bomber Jacket – R 680
All uniform items are embroidered.

Events
On Friday, 13th February, the school will be celebrating Valentines Day! Students can pay R10 to wear civvies. Goodies will also be sold during break, so be sure to send your child to school with cash.
Early leave/Late arrival
Please inform the office if your child is going to be absent or has an appointment during school hours.
