Welcome back to Term 3!
Registration for External Exams
Registration for the externals closed on Friday, 01 August 2025.
Should you still want to register your child after the 1st of August a penalty of R1 500 per subject will apply.
A reminder to send an email, with payment, showing exams that will be written in Oct/Nov.
Statement of Entry
Registrations are finalised. The statements of entry will be available next week. The following needs to be checked:
l Full name, ID number and date of birth are correct.
l Exams and levels are what was applied for.
We have two days to ensure that all details are correct from when we receive them.
May/June
The results for the AS May/June exams will be released on the 12th of August, while IGCSE May/June exam results will be released on the 15th of August.

29 August – Afrikaans/isiZulu
12 September – No Cycle Test
Uniform
The weather may be cold – all children need to be wearing the jacket or hoodie, at least, with layers underneath. Please order uniforms by the 5th of every month.
Mathematics (IGCSE and AS)
There will be compulsory IG Extended Maths classes on the following Thursdays, from 14:00PM to 15:50PM:
– 07 August 2025
– 14 August 2025
– 21 August 2025
– 28 August 2025
There will be IG Core Workshops on the following Thursdays, from 14:00PM to 15:30PM. The IG Workshops are not compulsory:
– 04 September 2025
– 09 September 2025
There will be AS Workshops on the following days, from 14:00PM to 15:30PM. The AS Workshops are compulsory:
– Tuesday, 16 September 2025
– Thursday, 18 September 2025
Science Workshops (IGCSE and AS)
Workshops for IGCSE Physics will take place every Tuesday, for the foreseeable future, from 14:00PM to 15:30PM.
Workshops for AS Physics will take place every Wednesday, for the foreseeable future, from 14:00PM to 16:00PM.
There will be two additional workshops for IGCSE Chemistry and Biology.
– Monday, 04 August 2025: IGCSE Chemistry
– Monday, 11 August 2025: IGCSE Biology
Career Day
Career day will be on Thursday, 28 August 2025.
Time: 08:00AM – 09:00AM
All are welcome to attend.
Photo Day
Photographs, individual and class photos, will be on Wednesday, 27 August 2025.
Excursion – Currently Under Debate
Date: Friday, 05 September 2025
